一、概述Survey
平面包絡環面蝸杆減速器是一種新興的(de)傳動裝置， 其承載能力大(dà)，傳動效率高(gāo)，結構緊湊，合理(lǐ)，這(zhè)種減速器可(kě)以廣泛地應用(yòng)于各種傳動機械中的(de)減速傳動。如冶金、礦山、起重，化(huà)工、建築、橡塑、船舶等行業以及其它機械設備上。适用(yòng)工作環境溫度爲-40"C ~+40"C.輸入軸轉數不大(dà)于1500轉1分(fēn).蝸杆軸可(kě)正反兩面方向旋轉。此減速器是按照(zhào)中華人(rén)民共和(hé)國機械行業标準JB/T9051-1999《平面包絡環面蝸杆減速器》設計制造。
The plane envelope ring surface worm decelerator is a new type mechanism. It has large loading capacity, high efficiency and compact reasonable dimension. This kind decelerators can be widely used in decelerate drive of eack kind of transmission machines, for example, metallurgy, mining lfting, chemistry, building, rubber & plastic, ship industry and other mechanical equipment. The working temperature is form -40C ~ +40'C。The rotational speed of input shaft is less than 1500r/min. The worm shaft can rotate towards positive and negative sides.

1.型式Type
a) TPU型--蝸杆在蝸輪之下(xià)，見圖1、圖2:

b) TPS型-蝸杆在蝸輪之側， 見圖3.圖4:
TPU type: worm beside worm gear, see graph 3,4;
c) TPA型--蝸杆在蝸輪之 上，見圖5.圖6,

2.1減速器的(de)中心距a應符合表1的(de)規定。
