一、概述Brief
QJ系列減速器适用(yòng)于起重機各運行機構.也(yě)廣泛用(yòng)于運輸.冶金，礦山、化(huà)工、輕工等各種機械設備的(de)傅動機構中。
QJ series reducer is applicable for relative device of the crane, as well as for the driving gear of mechanical equipment used in transportation, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and light industry.
二、特點Features
1.減速比範圍寬，公稱速比10-200;
2.機械傅動效率高(gāo)，二級達96%，三級達94%; 3.運轉平穩，噪音(yīn)低:
4.由于采用(yòng)42CrMo.35CrMo經鍛造調質處理(lǐ)。分(fēn)别制作齒輪軸和(hé)齒輪，所以使用(yòng)壽命長(cháng)，承載能力高(gāo): 5.易于拆檢，易于安裝。

三、适用(yòng)條件Applicable conditions
1.齒輪圓周速度不大(dà)于16m/s Circumferential speed of gear wheel≤16m/s
2.高(gāo)速軸轉速不大(dà)于1000r/min; Rotation speed of high-speed shaft≤1000r/min;
3.工作環境溫度爲-40-45'C Operating ambient temperature: -40-45C
4.可(kě)正反兩方向運轉。Operable both forward sand backwards.
