The XD,XS type frame(HG21 566,21567-95)
本系列機架是化(huà)工行業***新标準機架.是爲攪拌傳動裝置(HG21563-95)配套的(de)機架。XD型爲單支點機架，減速機出軸用(yòng)DF型聯軸器與攪拌軸聯接.XS型爲雙支點機架，減速機出軸用(yòng)HL型聯軸器聯接，兩支點間用(yòng)DF型聯軸器聯接。機架分(fēn)A型(軸封采用(yòng)2001、2003、2004.2006或2008型機械密封)和(hé)B型(軸封采用(yòng)2002.2005. 2007型機械密封或506.516.606.616型填料箱)。機架輸出端接口可(kě)與安裝底殼及釜口法蘭聯接。本系列機架通(tōng)用(yòng)性強.由于選用(yòng)DF聯軸器及安裝底殼的(de)擱軸裝置.所以在不拆除減速機和(hé)機架的(de)條件下(xià).在機架的(de)側面窗(chuāng)口中就可(kě)以拆出帶短節聯軸器.軸承室及機械密封或填料箱。
This series frame which matched with the mixers device (HG21 563-94) is the latest standard of chimical lines. The XD type is a single support frame and the extend shaft of decelerator is coupling with mixer. The xs type is a double supporter shelf and the decelerator's shaft end is coupling with HL type and the two support point is coupling with DF. The shelves have A type (the shaft is sealed in 2001 ,2003, 2004,2006 or 2008 type machinery sealing) and B type (the shaft is sealed in 2002,2005,2007 type machinery sealing or 506.516.606.616 type add-material machine). The output frame junction point could be coupling mounted and the cauldron flange. This series frames have strong common used. We selected DF coupling and the shaft mounted low head. So we could take out the short coupling without removing reducers and shelf bearing housing.
