一、産品概述Brief
電動滾簡作爲皮帶運輸機和(hé)提升等設備的(de)動力.廣泛應用(yòng)于礦山、冶金.化(huà)工、煤炭、建材、電力。輕工，糧食及交通(tōng)運輸等部門。
電動滾筒與一般減速機構相比，具有結構緊湊，體積小，重量輕，密封性好， 安裝方便，維修簡單等優點。.可(kě)用(yòng)于粉塵大(dà)。潮濕.泥濘。露天等環境惡劣場(chǎng)所，環境溫度在-20°C ~40'C，一般不用(yòng)于輸送高(gāo)溫物(wù)料及易爆場(chǎng)所，海拔高(gāo)度不超過1000米，并應水(shuǐ)平安裝。
我公司參照(zhào)機械部JB/T7330-94标準設計生産的(de)電動滾簡有定軸齒輪、行星齒輪.擺線針輪三種傳動形式，安裝形式有電機内置(内裝)、 電機外置(外裝)以及用(yòng)于移動式輸送機上的(de)移動式三種。共有Y吓(即TDY75). YB. wBJ (WDT. wxT )以及YY,等六大(dà)系列産品，各産品均可(kě)包膠，其中膠面有平膠、”人(rén)” 字膠及菱形膠三種， 除J DY,型移動滾簡外均可(kě)附加逆止功能。電機内置時(shí)有油冷(lěng)和(hé)油浸式兩種:電機外置時(shí)有卧式直列型、立式電機型、卧式垂直型三種裝配形式，電動機采用(yòng)Y系列電機配套. 如選用(yòng)隔爆型電機可(kě)用(yòng)于隔爆要求場(chǎng)所，另外還(hái)可(kě)配加ZL型彈性柱銷齒式聯軸器，YOX型液力偶合器以及YWZ型液壓推杆制動器。
Being a drive of belt transporter and lifting equipment, the electric roller is widely applied in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry. coal industry, building materials, powering, light industry, foodstuff and transportation.
Electric roller has such property as fine structure, low volume, light weight, fine sealing and easy assembling. It can be used in such environment as heavy powder, muddy, wet and outdoors. The ambient temperature is -20'C一40'C. Usually it isn't applied in altitude over 1000m, also it should be assembled levelly.
The electric roller we produce on standard of JB/T7330-94 of mechanism department includes three types, the fixed shaft gear, planet gear and cycloid pin wheel. The installing form includes inside the motor, outside the motor and movable. There are six series products,丫聽(tīng)(TDY75). YB下(xià). WBJ (wDJ . wx )and Y DY, The whole products can be glued.
The glue face can be classified into flat glue, r type glue and rhombic glue. The whole roller except」DY, movable roller can be equipped with hold back parts. The oil cooling and immersed type are applied when the motor is inside and when it is outside there are horizontal type, solid motor and horizontal vertical type. The motor is assembled with Y series motor. If the anti-explosive environment is wanted, you can elect anti-explosive motor. Also the ZL type stretching tooth connector, YOX liquid coupler and YWZ type hydraulic-pressure handspike arrester.
