概述Brief
ZJY系列軸裝式減速器采用(yòng)直接懸挂在配套主機動力輸入軸上的(de)安裝方式,省略了(le)兩者間的(de)聯接附件和(hé)減速器安裝平台,适用(yòng)于半式提升機,皮帶輸送機、刮闆輸送機等設備的(de)機械傳動,也(yě)可(kě)與其他(tā)有此安裝要求的(de)主機配套。
産品按ZBJ19009-88标準制造。主要傳動零件采用(yòng)優質合金鋼材質。齒輪經滲碳淬火磨齒工藝加工,精度爲(GB10095-88)6級。産品體積小,承載能力高(gāo),壽命長(cháng),噪音(yīn)低,效率高(gāo)。與ZJ系列軸裝和(hé)減速器比較,相同的(de)輸出扭矩,ZJY重量隻有ZJ的(de)30%左右,因而對(duì)配套主機的(de)機架剛性要求大(dà)大(dà)下(xià)降,傳動平衡。
産品除可(kě)雙向運轉外,可(kě)以根據用(yòng)戶需要配置逆止裝置,實現單向制動。
Series ZJY shaft assembly decelertor is mounted directly in a way of hanging on the dynamic input shaft of matching master machine, which dispenses with the connecting accessory and decelerator erection platform. It is applicable for the mechanical drive of bucket elevator,belt conveyor, and flight conveyor, as well as matching with other similar master machine.
The product is manufactured according to ZBJI9009 -88 standard, and main drive components are made of quality alloy steels. Gar wheel is processed with carburizing and quenching and grinding teeth with precision of Class (GB10095-88) 6. The product is compact size with high carrying capacity, long service life, low noise, and high efficiency. ZJY has the same output torgue as that of ZJ shaft assemblage decelerator. ZJY weights only 30% weight of ZJ, therefore, the rigidity required for the master machine frame is significantly decreased, and ZJY dreves stable.
Not only can this product be operated bouble direction, but also it can be equipped with antirunback device to achieve oneway braking.
二、減速器的(de)型号與标記Type and symbol of decelerator
全系列減速器以低速級中心距(mm)爲單位,共有75、90、106、125、150、 180 、212、250、 300 九種規格。每一規格的(de)傳動比有10、11.2、 12.5、 14、16、 18、 20、22.4、25九種。
減速器的(de)标記代号中包括型号,低速級中心距、公稱傳動比和(hé)旋向。
The unit for the complete series decelerator is low-speed class center distance (mm),in total 9 specs of 75, 90106,125, 150,and 300 each specs has 9 drive ratios of 10、11.2、12、5、14、16、 18、20、22.4、and 25.
Decelerator earmark is composed of type, low-speed class center distance,nominal
drive ratio and direction of rotation.

注。U爲均勻載荷,M爲中等沖擊載荷,H爲強沖擊載荷。
